Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping and Freight or any other special charges are NON-Refundable. Big Unique Scents will not be held accountable for any damages on items after being shipped.
All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.
LOCAL DELIVERY
Free local delivery is available for orders over $30 within Castries Basin. For orders under $30, we charge $10-$15 for local delivery.
Deliveries are made from 10am-2pm on Wednesdays and Fridays. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.
LOCAL PICK UP
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at The Morne, Castries. After placing your order and selecting local pick up at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready to pick up with 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email or WhatsApp message when your order is ready along with instructions.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer international shipping to the following countries: Caribbean Islands, USA and Canada.
At this time, we do not ship to the United Kingdom.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
If you haven't received your order within 5 to 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at bihunique@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Return & Exchange Policy
Returns and refunds will be done once customer service has been contacted within 3 to 5 days. After confirming that you have received your order, provide your receipt or order number and explain your dissatisfaction with the item.
A Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number will be provided to the customer.
Products that are returned should e fairly used and in the original packaging as purchased. Products are to be returned 10-15 days after the RMA number has been created providing the RMA number is written on the package. Products returned WITHOUT the RMA number or past the 10-15 days will not be accepted or refunded.
Once your refund is completed you will receive an in store credit for another item. Returns will not be done on SALE items.
Returns and exchange does not apply to body products.
